The Npawta have been conquering and destroying galaxy after galaxy with no mercy. No one has ever held off their invasion for long. Now, the Npawta have attacked the Milky Way Galaxy. 

     Willder Nordestorm has never fit in. His species, the Heiyota, value control over emotions over everything. Willder has never been able to contain his curiosity. In a sick twist of fate, Willder is mistaken for a human and thrust into the middle of the galaxy's hopeless war. Instead of learning about the famed humans and the Milky Way Galaxy, he finds himself desperately trying to survive in The Legions, the galaxy's last defense against the Npawta. 
     Through his training, he discovers a traitorous plot that will destroy not only the Milky Way Galaxy, but possibly the rest of the universe. It falls on Willder's shoulders to stop the Invasion and save billions of lives.

Before Mankind became the dominant force in the Milky Way, Earth was in shambles. Natural resources were nearly depleted, diseases were rampant and most of Earth's population was in poverty. Then by some miracle of discovery or a cruel cosmic joke, in the mid-23rd century when all humanity could do was go out into space to search for a new home, a small planet that was black as the void around it was discovered. The humans who landed on the little planet had nearly lost all hope until they stumbled upon unknown ancient ruins beneath the planet's surface where they discovered untold amounts of bizarre advanced technology. Earth and humanity were saved, and the little planet to thank for their salvation was named Umbra. Alice is a xenoarchaeologist, her passion in life has always been the study of ancient cultures, and now she has the opportunity to study the most ancient one of them all. The very one that modern Human civilization was built on. Alice and her boyfriend accepted a posting on the famous and ancient ship, the U.S.S.A Umbra.

To prevent further loss of life and to fight this threat, Humanity once more turned to the KAN-SEN program, managing to scrounge up 7 active Wisdom Cubes from deep storage to fight the threat. These 7 Cubes formed 7 Space Going KAN-SEN who had a very tall order in front of them, identify the assailants, stop the attacks, and bring a lasting peace to the universe. Unbeknownst to anyone involved however, 2 of these KAN-SEN were not pleased with serving human masters.
