Georgia, a 17- year- old girl, is going through a deep depression, talking to no one, and listening to no one, with the exception of music. She's slowly rising down towards the bottom, but when an incredibly cute guy named August with a guitar shows up outside her house and plays a song that he wrote especially for her, she's intrigued to know who this stranger is, and how he knows her. Soon, they start a friendship through music, and it's starting to blossom into something more. Can this boy be her remedy, or can he be her downfall?

*~*~* REWRITTEN AND PUBLISHED AS HUNTINGTON AVENUE ON MY PROFILE *~*~* Zachary West has it all. Near-perfect grades, a kind, loving family, and is a guitar prodigy. Seems like a wonderful life, right? Most good things come with at least one catch, though: He's blind. Following a move from Washington to New York, Zach struggles to fit in with everyone else. Little did he know that high school across the country would be extremely different than back home. He would endure new town, new home, new friends, but also new hardships. Will Zach find a way to fit in with his new surroundings? Then, there's Kelsey Davis, one of the popular girls of the school. She's beautiful, charming, and, of course, she can be a bit questionable. Luckily, there's almost always a side to people that nobody sees. Hanging out with the wrong crowd has gotten to Kelsey's nerves, but she doesn't want to leave her friends. Having such a reputation with the entire school has extremely high standards, and she can't meet them anymore. Will everything change when she notices a unique boy among the crowds who might need a friend? *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* Disclaimer: This is the very first book that I ever wrote. It was created in the Fall of 2018 by a 15-year-old girl who had no idea how to construct and develop a story. It's still a very precious story to my heart and I will always keep it published here. :) Word Count: ~70,000-75,000

Indigo

13 parts Complete

Tyler, a 20 year-old aspiring song writer, is busy trying to make it big in the music industry, when a homeless girl named Indigo shows up on his porch. She aggressively befriends him, and soon, the two connect over music. Indigo encourages him to write meaningful music instead of shallow, catchy pop songs, but Tyler can't afford that. He needs to start making money from this whole music thing before his dad kicks him out of the house at the end of the summer. If catchy pop songs are what make money, that's what he'll write. However, the more he gets to know Indigo, the more dissatisfied he becomes with his approach towards music and ultimately towards life. Will Tyler take the risk and follow Indigo's advice, or will he continue living the way he always has?
