Jack who was sent to this castle was on important business. He was called to make sure the person who lived here was happy. When he heard about how this girl destroyed her kingdom, left it in total chaos, and betrayed her sister out of fear, he felt sorry for her. His experiences with dealing with fear didn't go very well. He decided to go see her and take her in as a friend. A pity friend. Someone who she could express herself to. He felt sorry for her and wanted to be there for her. Little did he know they would form an unbreakable bond and be connected forever.
