He wakes up in a crater, encased in a high-tech suit of armor, with no idea who he is or how he get there. The voice in his ear tells him that he's Tony Stark and he's a hero... If that's true, why does he have to run away from the 'good guys'? The more he learns, the more he starts to think there's a better way to go about doing things. And, really, who better to help him take down HYDRA than the Avengers? He just has to convince them isn't not a plot to kill them first.

Did you know that Tony Stark had a younger sister? Most people didn't. She was sent away due to her powers. Tony hasn't seen her since she was eight. What happens when events bring the siblings back together? How will he react when she wants nothing to do with him? She never wanted to be a hero, but it never made her a villain. So who is she? A Stark? A Hero? A Villain? Neither?

COMPLETE - for now.... Tony never intended to create Ultron and while he knows other people were involved, he takes complete blame for being the one to think up the coding. Everything Ultron does, he takes the blame for. He hasn't slept much since they invaded the bunker, his nightmares coming back full force. The vision he had feeds them. Eventually, his lack of sleep comes to a head while in the Barton residence, where he was welcomed in with warmth he wasn't used to. He's bonding with children he never met and getting closer with his teamates. Confessions are made, events change, and Tony might finally figure out that he has more people he can depend on besides Pepper, Rhodey, and Happy. Ships: Pepperony, Bruce/Natasha
