Friendliest anomalous existence

A small anomalous boy, raised in the foundation with no knowledge of the outside world, finds himself being used as emotional support for other anomalous being. The foundation decided to allow the boy to go anywhere he wanted as long as he followed procedures, seeing as how other SCPs were more proactive and also followed what the staff told them to do without much complaint.
