Exemplar of the Sun

Exemplars are chosen by the gods. They are their emissaries, their servants, their messengers, and their warriors. When an Exemplar dies, he must pass on the mantle through a ritual; if he fails to pass it onto a successor, the god shall choose another chosen.

Davian Vas, half Fire Elf - half Wood Elf, son of an accomplished father and a legendary mother, finds himself compelled to follow tradition. As a resident of the New World, he'll have to learn how to live in a world where fate and destiny are always absolute.
