It had been peaceful between the three supernatural fractions in New Orleans for over a century.
Witches and werewolves didn't interact with vampires.
Never.
That was the one unbreakable rule.

The witches continue their centuries old traditions;
The coven leader is ALWAYS female.
Only females, are able to contact the ancestors.
Female witches pocess the most power.
Every other decade, a witch marries a werewolf, to keep the peaceful alliance between them.

The Le Rouge family has been the leaders of the White Lotus Coven, since the early birth of the city and soon it's time for 18 year old Skye Le Rouge to take the position after her mother, as tradition demands it.
However, Skye has a twin brother, Seth, who seems to pocess an unique kind of magic, for a male witch.
What's more, he's able to see and sense things none of the other coven witches can.

Theron Carpathia is the youngest son in a centuries old vampire family. Betrayed by his family and the supernatural fractions of New Orleans, he sets out to get revenge. However, he had never imagined that what he would find, returning to the city after three centuries, would forever change his immortal life.
