The year is 1999. It has been ten years after the defeat of DIO in Egypt and the world has been at peace. But the journeys of the Joestar family is not over just yet.

Saya Yukimori had just recently moved with her father from the busy streets and hardships of Tokyo to the suburbs of Morioh, a small and relatively peaceful town begin a new and more stable life. Saya had been excited to have come to Morioh as she hoped to leave her trouble behind. However, it seems like she has gotten the complete opposite. As insanity spreads around her, Saya knows she won't face it alone as she'll meet amazing, but totally bizarre, friends. After all, if she's able to fall in love in the midst of it, it can't be all bad.
