In a town where superheroes and villains are real, and they use their powers to do good and evil, the most famous super-villain in the town, Red Spirit, is just in it for the money. Then, when she gets tracked down by her archenemy, a superhero named Spectre, who wants her to steal something for him. She struggles with trusting what he says, and figuring out who he is.
