Into the Light is a novel about an alien's arrival to Earth and his struggle to try to fit in. He comes from a planet without a sun, a "rogue" planet, and is seperated from his ancient creator when his planet runs into a cloud of asteroids. During his journey to Earth, he learns English through radio waves he recieves. When he hits the ground, he is stunned, and is only saved when lightning strikes his body and he absorbs its energy.
