Sophie Foster has been placed in a forest in the middle of nowhere. In order to join the Winter, she must survive two days on her own. Fitz, Keefe, Tam, Linh, Dex, and Biana have no idea where Sophie has gone. She disappeared a week ago and nobody has seen her since. The Council has normalized going to Forbidden-well, no longer Forbidden-Cities, and elves are free to return and start a life there. So they do exactly that.
