Adi was a nerd and she was the legendary nobody when she was in high school but like every girl, she also has a guy that she likes, Ace, her ultimate crush but he's in love with his girlfriend so she just chose to forget him. She moved to London for college and there she forgot everything about Ace not until she came back to the Philippines, she saw him again but she still chose to ignore him because she knows that he's in a relationship at ayaw niyang mang gulo pa.

Palagi silang nagkikita ni Ace sa mga okasyon dahil malapit ang pamilya nila sa isa't isa. Pero hindi nag-tagal, her life changed when their company got bankrupt. Duon na nagsimulang magulo ang buhay nya, naghiwalay ang mga magulang nya. Ace's parents and her father had an agreement then she just found out that she's gonna marry Ace in order for her father to save their company, it's like her father sold her to the Crawfords.

Ace hated Adi because he had a belief that it was her who was the cause for her girlfriend to cheat on him. Lumipas ang oras hanggang sa dalawang taon na silang kasal pero sa loob ng dalawang taon na yun ay hindi tinuring ni Ace si Adi bilang asawa nya, he would go to bars and pick up girls to fuck hurting Adi more because she loves Ace so much that she's willing to stay even if it hurts.

She was already losing hope that Ace would love him but one day everything changed--- he changed...
