Legacy Below
Legacy Below is a seductively dark tale of power, secrets, and forbidden desire-where the elite don't just rule the school; they shape the world from the shadows. Montclaire Prep isn't just a school-it's a kingdom of bloodlines, wealth, and whispered sins, wrapped in gothic stone and buried in history. For Briar McGill, being a legacy isn't privilege-it's a prison. Her last name grants her access to the school's most exclusive circles, but after what happened last semester, she'd rather burn those doors down than walk through them. Because finding her best friends dead in their shared dorm wasn't something she could just move past. The school called it a tragic double suicide. Briar calls bullshit. Now, she's been exiled to the Winthrop Tower-an abandoned relic of Montclaire's past, filled with too many shadows and not enough answers. But she's not alone for long. Enter Scarlett Gilmore-Montclaire's untouchable, unapologetic troublemaker. She's sharp-tongued, dressed in black, and carries secrets like they're stitched into her skin. And for some reason, she's drawn to Briar like a whisper in the dark. Then there's Beck Pierson-magnetic, untamed, and definitely not human. He moves like a predator, watches her like he sees more than he should. And when he touches her, something inside her wakes up-a craving she doesn't understand, a power she can't control. Montclaire is unraveling, its secrets bleeding into the tunnels beneath its foundations. There are rules no one speaks of, ancient legacies written in blood, and a truth that ties Briar to this place in ways she never expected. Her friends' deaths were just the beginning. And in a world where desire is dangerous, power is inherited, and the monsters wear the faces of gods-falling for the wrong one could cost Briar everything. Darkly seductive, thrilling, and wickedly sharp, Legacy Below pulls you into a world where nothing is what it seems, and the most dangerous secrets are the ones hiding inside you.
