I Love You

This is a dystopian novel about people who can't fall in love, only forced to have children due to the government. There is no marriage, and you can't keep your children, until Annabeth and Blake come along.

The government selects a man and a woman every month to get together and have a baby. Then, after 9 months, the woman gives birth to the child. Then, she gives the child to the government and the government assigns a care giver to the child. The care giver can't be chosen to have a baby because she or he has already done it 5 times, or they couldn't do it in the first place.
