Discovering My Mythical Fate Book 1
What if I told you that the things from our stories an Book 1d myths are 100% real and I have to save them? Crazy right? Trust me I know but it's true no matter how much I wish it wasn't. I thought I was just a normal 21 year old girl... Weeks after my classes let out I found out that had never been true. I had never been normal, I'd just been hidden away from the world, the real me hidden from even myself to keep me safe but more importantly alive so I could defeat the FIRST, the original, the one that made all other supernatural things, fantastic right? Hardly... I Tana Záchranca drew the short end of the stick in life. This is the me telling you the beginning of the end of my life...well kinda, there's betrayal, fighting, torture, death, love, supernatural creatures, and adventure, and I'd give it all up to be able to go back to my old life, but the last year has made it impossible for me to ever permanently return to my family...to anything. 20 years ago, the world was on the brink of extinction when the Galactic Federation saved Earth. Since then, humans pledged their loyalty to serve them. Human's connection with one of the higher beings in the universe, resulted in Earth's civilization rising to a higher level. Two decades passed and new generations rose. I, Alexa Stanfield, a 20-year-old college student, found out that the Galactic Federation saved Earth for a dark purpose. For two decades, we've been conscripted and nurtured under the guise of care, only to unveil our grim fate as pawns in an Intergalactic conflict, thrust into a war we never signed up for. The previous species that Galactic Federation sent were annihilated quickly. Therefore, they were forced to use us, as their new human army, opposing the plan's timing. My friends and I were selected as candidates with the resilience to withstand mind manipulation. We endured an intense training regimen that was more like a deadly game of survival. The Federation believed that this was the only way to prepare us for the war since they have no time to waste on conventional methods. My friends and I share an unbreakable bond and loyalty, soon to be challenged by the most harrowing trials.
