Amalie Gold has only had one objective since she was fourteen; find her father and save him from Crawford Starrick. Her brother believes she's merely chasing a dream, a fantasy, but she won't rest until she finds something that will give her a lead on his location. Then, fate has her bump into the Frye twins. Evie and Jacob. The names she had heard since she was little. She hated them, and she promised as a child that she would never help them. So why does she find herself caring about the two, and even making a bet with one of them? Will she let personal feelings compromise her mission?
