17-year-old teenage rebel Blair suffers from anorexia, a disorder that has sent her to a clinic in the hopes of recovery. While at the clinic Blair meets a number of extraordinary people each with a different story and as she learns more about them, she begins to learn more about herself and what it means to live.

But the most important person of all is Hugo - Blair's clinic partner - who teaches her some very important lessons of life and who changes the way she once viewed the world...
