Cassie Quinn, now a Senior in college has her life figured out. She's smart and funny with the heart to match, but lacks confidence. As she was previously overweight and worked her ass off to become who she has always wanted, she is still searching for something more. When Rose asks if her best friend Lola can come with on the plane Nathan doesn't know what to do. He says okay, he knows they both will die. He gives it away in a few chapters of his own in part one of the book. Well Rose survives the plane crash. And it broken from it, one day a year later Nathan find Rose. And tell her everything, she is horrified, she hates him. Her love for him goes away. As the book goes on she finds forgiveness. At the end they do end up together.
