Matthew Diaz is how anyone would imagine a lazy college student. Never did his work, partied too often, smoked an impressive amount of cannabis, but not to his surprise, he flunked his way out of College, and was to return back to Seattle, where he would try to earn a living with his best frenemy, Kenny. On the way to Seattle, Matthew meets Ollie, deaf author and creator of his favorite book series, 𝘒𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘧 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘴. Once Matthew and Kenny get to Seattle, they are surprised to see said author, working at a local book store and tea shop hybrid, 𝘋𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘗𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘦𝘵. Matthew somehow finds a way to take this opportunity into his hands, leaving him with growing feelings towards Ollie.
