Iris never believed in angels. Or demons. Or anything beyond the ordinary hum of life. School, homework, and late-night drives with her best friend-that was real. Then a new student arrives. Cassiel. Beautiful, silent, wrong. There's something about him that doesn't fit, something that makes the air too thick when he's near. She tries to ignore him. Pretend she doesn't notice how his shadow bends the wrong way, how his reflection sometimes isn't his. But then the world starts to change. People disappear. The sky bleeds. And something is hunting Cassiel-something that knows Iris' name, though she's never spoken to it. She should run. She should forget him. But it's too late for that. "Fuck." He whispers into my neck, sending a thrill of excitement through my body. His lips still smothered kisses over my neck and his hands roamed my body, starting at my chest, going down to my stomach. Caressing my soft skin, his thumb trailed circles on my groin before slightly slipping into the waistband of my jeans. My breath catches in my throat as I pull at the hoodie that covered his chiselled body. Understanding, Jacob pulls it off in one swift movement before attaching his lips back on my neck. Sucking and biting it before flicking his tongue over the sore spot. A quiet moan leaves my mouth and I clasp my hand over it, denying any noise to escape. "You drive me fucking crazy, Aria." ---------------------------- Aria Bailey finds it hard to fit in. Her parents are always busy and never have time for her. She lives alone at her family home and has top grades in all of her classes. But being a 17 year old friendless nerd comes with its disadvantages. The bullying gets worse every single day, driving her to self harm and suicidal thoughts. Aria learns more about popular boy, Jacob Rickson and starts developing feelings for the well known 18 year old. Jacob helps her come out of her shell and learn to be more comfortable and confident. The Condemned
"I was still conscious, although I wished I wasn't..." A story of how someone considered as a green-haired freak comes across the only other person he's been able to be friends with, a guy that we actually can't really call human... I finally got to work on my story-idea when I realised I could write while on the train to uni and back home :) So, this is it! It's situated in the 19th century mostly, but it isn't really mentioned in the story itself. I'll probably add my own drawings as a cover (Done!) Feel free to comment your feedback!
