Sea Shanty

“A ship in a harbor is safe, but that’s not what ships were built for.”

The sea was calling out to Clementine. Never in her life had she felt such a strong pull towards something until she moved to East Francis Island and suffered a small accident where she nearly drowned. Now it seems she can’t escape pull of the tides, or forget the mighty roar of the waves. She tries to drown out the call of it with school work and walks around town, but something seems to be up with her new friends too.
Soon she’s thrust into an adventure she expected or asked for. She uncovers secrets about her family, herself, and her fate. Can she handle it all or will she let the currents drag her down?
