Nora isn't the only one that travels back in time to meet her parents. A second speedster appears in Central City a couple of months after Nora has settled with her parents, challenging what is meant to be impossible. We know Caitlin Snow doesn't believe in destiny, at least not for her. Every person she's loved has either died or they leave at one time or another.
