Counting seconds in her head, Alexis crawled backwards with her fear stricken eyes focused on the midnight wolf that had locked its gaze with hers.

Her short coming was that it was the Alpha the commotion had drawed and for more than one reason she knew she was definitely doomed when she noticed the other wolves sense the bloodlust from the Alpha.

Alexis surely had never imagined that she would die by the claws of a being she had devoted her entire life to and to say, that she was terrified... would have been an understatement.. but when the raven fur tore down into a very naked...handsome man with the time span of 5 seconds....

It was easier to know who kissed the ground first.

Alexis Edwards, Wildlife Conservationist, Canine Specialist and Rescuer surely had a lot more going in her mind but when the face of her most hated wanna-be competitor ends up on the screen, life takes a different turn and brings her right back to her boss's office.

A chance call for a hit on poachers hunting on restricted forests sets her back in the game.

However, the restricted forest had a lot more secrets than what it was deemed for.

And to be collided with the Alpha King, himself... she is brought upon a world she never imagined to exist.
