Una noche, de improviso su oportunidad llega cuando se le comunica que debe asesinar a alguien que podría amenazar a la familia Gaster. Pero en el proceso, podría perder lo único que quiere en este cruel mundo.

Gaster and Papyrus had no idea what kind of illness Sans has, but they decided to take care of him no matter what, hoping that the sickness will soon gone either because of the medicines Gaster gave him, or disappears itself.
