"Please no, no, no, no! You can't leave me! We were just starting our lives together!" I grabbed his hand, tightly holding it to my chest as my heart throbbed painfully.

"Nora," His voice was hardly a whisper, but it almost sounded clear as day to me. "I'm sorry."

His hand slowly slipped away from my own, the smile he had faltering. Golden Red fading in his eyes. Hot tears running from my own.

Nora was just starting to reclaim her life after the series of events that happened a few months ago, and when she was marked - an experience that turned her world upside down.

Now back in her apartment and working at the Cafe, she was feeling a sense of normalcy returning. However, one thing that wasn't quite normal in her attempts to settle back into a rhythm, one constant that both intrigues and excites her: Drake. 

As they agreed, they still see each other. She still learns about him and his world, as well as finding herself growing accustomed to the idea of werewolves. But, as Nora navigates the new reality, and growing tension between herself and Drake. One looming threat hangs over their lives.

I jumped to my feet and punched him in the side. There was hardly an effect. "You're weak" he spat, walking a step closer towards me. I growled as I had had it with this blood sucking devil! He was beautiful with his gleaming coat and strong legs. The black wolf left Liam on the ground and fiercely killed all of Liam's minions easily. He wasn't finished with his prowl, he turned back to face Liam but realized that the pureblooded vampire had already run off. Then I hear a deep growl. "Mate", and my heart stops. ------------ Alexandra's pack is mercilessly destroyed by werewolves most hated species: vampires. The species has hated each other since the beginning of time.
