16-year old, Selena Rivers, runs away from her captors who were experimenting on her after leaving her old home where her family had nearly killed her and killed her older twin brother,at the age of 13, abusing her with knives and burning her with the stove or iron. Now, stumbling around New York, after 3 years of imprisonment, suffering from injuries scattered all over her body, some new, still red, bleeding and irritated, and some old, either just scabbing over or just little white lines that would never go away. what happens when she bumps into some people and one thing leads to another and she gets taken to the Avengers' tower to get her some much needed medical attention from Dr.Bruce Banner [The Hulk], will she stay and, over time learn to trust them with the demons of her past or will she shut them out forever, trying to deal with it herself?
