My book is about teenagers who have faced life's challenges and how it has affected their state of mind. In total there are four chapters, each one containing a non-fiction real story from people who are facing these challenges and dread the thought of going through another day feeling this way. My book is here to remind you that you aren't alone, and that there are so many people out there who are going through the same thing.
