Will is a talented young mage at Rinweth, the most esteemed magic school in the Kingdom of Solace. When a visiting knight chooses Will to join the king's elite circle of mages, The Blue Eye, Will believes that all of his dreams are about to come true. The knight is not who he claims to be, however, and Will instead finds himself on a quest to recover a magical, wish-granting artifact with enough power to raise the dead. Accompanied by a charismatic half elf, a broody vampire, and a girl more dragon than human, Will discovers how little he knows about the world, and grows to recognize his place in it. *** This is a story I've been thinking about writing for a long time, and I am so excited to finally share it. I hope you enjoy!
