All across the wastes that were known as Texas before the bombs fell, there is one man that dares to take a stand against the lawless land before him. All who oppose him and dare to harm the innocent will face his irons. Some say he is a legend, others a myth. Some even call him an angel or the Devil. No one knows his name.
