He dreams of having them, instead of the person who he is dating. Every time he falls asleep, he is getting taken care of and loved by his "dream boyfriends". They warn him about shit, that is going to happening in real life.

However, in Katsuki comatose state he's also dreaming a world that similar to his reality with a few tweaks. For example at the ripe age of twenty four Pro Hero Dynamight has never had a day off since he graduated from U.A. His birthday is coming up so the Bakusquad make sure he gets a day off and hire a prostitute named Bunny a.k.a Izuku Midoriya for him to relieve some stress with. But Katsuki rejects the idea of having sex with the total stranger and in the end Izuku just stays the night then leaves the next morning. However, a few months later Izuku has to vacate his apartment and has no where to go so Katsuki decides to help the stranger. Dream Izuku's goal is to repay Katsuki. In the real world many Pro heroes are trying to solve the complicated case and find the culprit so they can wake up the victims because come to find out the victims could actually die if they don't wake up from their dream.
