After Scooby and the gang solve a standard fake ghost case, they decide to take a trip to Rhyme City.After running into Tim Goodman, the son of a famous detective who died recently, they start to get involved with something on almost the same danger level as the case of Moonscar Island as they bit by bit uncover a plot for mixing people with their Pokemon and slowly start to discover what really happened to Tim's father, Harry Goodman and a connection to the legendary Pokemon, Mewtwo

A/N: Here it is. Finally got a 3rd Scooby Doo and Transformers crossover installment I'm confident in doing. However, some of the plot points wouldn't have been possible to draft up without the help of a friend of mine, BraedimusSupreme. Go check his stories out! He's a pretty damn good writer if I do say so myself. After solving another case, this time at a car manufacturing factory, Scooby and the gang head to Crown City to visit some relatives of Shaggy's that own a scrapyard. However, while there, things aren't as they seem as not only is there a ghost haunting one of the city's most popular tourist attractions, but there's also a group of Decepticons seeming to help the spooky specter in his plans!

But the first night he's there, everything changes when a monstrous entity appears in his dreams and offers him a deal. What he does after he accepts the deal will turn the town of Crystal Cove upside down, especially as a change of heart Nibiru helps a teenager who hadn't really been lucky in life rise higher than he could have ever dreamed possible, even with all of the strange mysteries going on in Crystal Cove. In the process however, it sets Xavier and Nibiru on a collision course with the parrot that freed Nibiru in canon, Professor Pericles.
