Julio Florencio Cortázar (Ixelles, Bélgica, 26 de agosto de 1914-París, 12 de febrero de 1984)
fue un escritor, traductor e intelectual argentino. Sin renunciar a su nacionalidad argentina, optó por la nacionalidad francesa en 1981, en protesta contra el régimen militar argentino.
Es considerado uno de los autores más innovadores y originales de su tiempo, maestro del cuento, la prosa poética y la narración breve en general, y creador de importantes novelas que inauguraron una nueva forma de hacer literatura en el mundo hispano, rompiendo los moldes clásicos mediante narraciones que escapan de la linealidad temporal. Debido a que los contenidos de su obra transitan en la frontera entre lo real y lo fantástico, suele ser puesto en relación con el realismo mágico e incluso con el surrealismo.
Vivió tanto la infancia como la adolescencia e incipiente madurez en Argentina y, desde la década de 1950, en Europa. Residió en Italia, España, Suiza y Francia, país donde se estableció en 1951 y en el que ambientó algunas de sus obras.
Además de escritor, fue también un reconocido traductor, oficio que desempeñó, entre otros, para la Unesco.

"Elisha, no matter what happens, I promised to be by your side...even if the world, calls you a witch or monster" I look back and seeing the Dragon Lord who looks at me gently and showing me some comfort. I smile before I look at him with pink dusts on my pale face. "Thanks, Draco. For being by my side, I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart". Despite him and his band being fairly young, they were able to beat out everyone in the music industry due to their unique genre. Until a particular tape showed up on the internet. That one tape cost him his entire career. He was sent to prison for 3 Years by Goiky's laws and he was ostracized by society. After Firey's release from prison, he along with his manager he had hired, decided to host a tryout to form a new band. Well, a band with 2 people on it. As the clock was ticking down to its last minutes of the tryouts, he met a person who was just as young as him. She was decently skilled at her job, better than those other teens and middle-aged people. Instead of being an average band member and not caring about everything, she reminded him that not everyone had been avoiding him intentionally because of a single mistake. The Servant of Judge Frollo
Judge Claude Frollo, enough said. Ever since I read a version of the Hunchback of Notre Dame I had praised Victor Hugo for his work. But when I decided to watch the movie? Well...let's just say I was screaming at how they has basically messed up a wonderful story, turning it from a tragic love story into what Disney does best, a movie that barely relates to the original source which was an ugly duckling story. In the book Quasimodo was a depressed figure at times with a temper at times but in the movie he's the hero, singing songs from Alen Menken! (No offence to him, his music is great) But no matter how much I found the movie an awful adaptation I couldn't help but become intrigued with really the only interesting character in the movie, Judge Claude Frollo. What made him different? Well he was a tragic figure, one of the church (I've accumulated an interest in the combats of religion) and for everything he did wrong, he tried to praise it as what God wanted. unique, scary and just plain perfect I couldn't help but start to write fanfic about this Prime Minister of Injustice. But the problem was I despised Esmeralda so I came up with an OC (original character) for him. Her name is Healia and her parents come from Greece before moving to Paris and being murdered, leaving little Healia alone. Luckily the gypsies found her and raised her as their own. This is their story together where Frollo, still quite young, tries to find out his true feeling for the little girl as she works for one year in his house due to an agreement. A Zurena FanFic. One-shot, but really, really long. 2nd person/Zulema's POV (Congratulations, you get to be Zulema)! Set in Season 5. Takes place after New Year's but prior to Maca telling Zulema that she quits. I wrote this to make El Oasis make sense in my own head, because while the Zurena interactions were on point, the story-line was total crap. I'd prefer not to give too much away here, but I understand that people like to know what they are getting themselves into, especially given the length of this work. So I will say this... This is written as a sort of stream-of-consciousness piece that takes a dive into Zulema's psyche as she navigates a meaningful day and reflects on herself and her relationship with Maca. It's written from Zulema's perspective, and truthfully second-person usually isn't my favorite, but it just felt right for this story. So for those of you who find that approach awkward, I hope you will still give it a chance. This is the first fic I have ever written, so feedback is truly appreciated.
