The God of Destruction Kakarot [concept mainly from Carthu's Dojo] restores the Earth as a result of it being destroyed by Buu and as a result of the Earth being destroyed for a long period, when it is wished back using the Namekian dragon balls, there are time and space distortions on the planet which seemingly alters the timeline and events that happen in said timeline. Now God of Destruction Kakarot observes and deems it necessary to repair the Earth and to interfere where necessary, though out of his character. He will meet the Titans' world, the world of Superpowers, a world of pirates and a world where he was not a God of Destruction.
