Y/N is a 18 year old boy living in a small village. He is half human, half monster. The monster half of him is called a Brightburn, a long forgotten species thought to be extinct. (Fan-made species) The only people who know of his monster half are the Knights, his father, and his father's new wife Sally. His father is a Knight, a human who defends the males of the village from monster females. He is an apathetic, reserved Knight trying to find his mother who disappeared when he was six. On the night of the full moon while out of patrol, he's saved from a Manticore by a mysterious female monster, sending him on an adventure that will turn his life on it's head.
