This is a continuation of 'Betrayal and Trust', an awesome story written by @ChloelineLynnCaro. Since it ended in a cliffhanger, I decided to write an ending for it. I strongly recommend reading 'Betrayal and Trust' before starting this book. The story is a fanfic about Tangled The Series/Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure. 'Betrayal and Trust' starts after the events of the Season 1 finale, with Varian imprisoned and Rapunzel travelling towards the  Dark Kingdom.  How will Varian play a role in this great adventure? Keep reading to find out.

Varian feels remorse for his actions and wants to make up for them. He might now be the only one able to get through to Cassandra. But things don't go as planned...
When trust and promises are derived of their worth, can the truth still be found? Or is it too late to restore everything that has been destroyed?

Side note: I planned everything that happens in this story wayyyy before Cassandra's Revenge came out, and I was shocked how many similarities there were. So no, I did not base it on the episode, it's all a coincidence :).
