This is a continuation of 'Betrayal and Trust', an awesome story written by @ChloelineLynnCaro. Since it ended in a cliffhanger, I decided to write an ending for it. I strongly recommend reading 'Betrayal and Trust' before starting this book. The story is a fanfic about Tangled The Series/Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure. 'Betrayal and Trust' starts after the events of the Season 1 finale, with Varian imprisoned and Rapunzel travelling towards the Dark Kingdom. How will Varian play a role in this great adventure? Keep reading to find out.
Varian feels remorse for his actions and wants to make up for them. He might now be the only one able to get through to Cassandra. But things don't go as planned...
When trust and promises are derived of their worth, can the truth still be found? Or is it too late to restore everything that has been destroyed?
Side note: I planned everything that happens in this story wayyyy before Cassandra's Revenge came out, and I was shocked how many similarities there were. So no, I did not base it on the episode, it's all a coincidence :).

And Varian was cursed by Zhan Tiri since he was four or five years old. What would happened if Vigor the Visionary monkey (Demanitus) meets the heroes in the caravan before The Spire? Will Varian be free from the curse of Zhan Tiri? What will Eugene choose thru-out the adventure? His young brother, Varian the alchemist? Varian and the Seven Kingdoms (Varian's Seven Trials)
This is my take on the idea of a Varian spin-off series of Tangled: The Series/Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure. The AU was presented to Disney by storyboarders Kay Ritter and Anna Lencioni who took a liking to Varian's character and decided to create a story for him in his later years; detailing the adventures he might go on and the friends he makes along the way. I'll likely take a lot of inspiration from other fans too and I think that's what's great about vat7k, we all inspire each other with our ideas! :) This is probably gonna be a long one, hope you enjoy!! Following his trial, Varian is sentenced to servitude in Ingvarr to pay for damages to Corona. Lieutenant Cassandra is supposed to escort him there, but Rapunzel wants her best friend on her journey. To compromise, the Princess suggests taking Varian with them. ------------------- Updates will typically release on Sundays at 8AM EDT. Join Rapunzel, Eugene, Cassandra, Pascal, Max, Lance, Varian, Ruddiger, and Altair as they end their adventure differently than you would expect. Hi! I'm Hope, and I'll by your narrator for this story. Now, I have no clue what happens, as my Dad has forbidden me from reading ahead as I am just as prone to give out spoilers as Tom Holland and Mark Ruffalo are. Couple of disclaimers, uh, everyone except Altair, Mia and the other characters in this story that you aren't familiar with if you've watched the show belong to Tangled: The Series. Basically, it's a really, really good spin-off of Rapunzel's time in Corona between Tangled, and Tangled Ever After. It involves plot-twists and astounding character development and a tremendous amount of heartache for a kid's show. Selina and I highly recommend it.
