The Soul World
When half the universe turns to ashes, all hope seems lost for the Avengers. Only Dr Strange knows what fate lies ahead, but he is nothing but dust in the breeze. Meanwhile, Peter Parker wakes up in a barren, orange realm: The Soul World. Together with Starlord, Mantis, and Drax, he learns from Dr Strange that if they stand any chance at defeating Thanos, they must find the other dusted heroes in the Soul World to face the greatest battle that the Avengers have ever seen, the ultimate showdown against Thanos. After Civil War has settled a bit, and Bucky isn't being hunted down as much, Nick Fury has created a safe haven facility for Team Cap to hide out at during the time that they are being searched for. The whole group has been in the facility for nearly 5 months, when Cap starts thinking about Bucky all the time, to the extent of not being able to focus on his duties at all. You bet it! It's one of those typical MCU Spider-Man SI field trip fics! WOW so original1!!11! Cause those always go so great for Peter, and it's to Stark Industries no less, on the anniversary of Tony's death! But with some convincing words from Pepper and the promise of some sort of 'surprise' that Tony had planned, Peter agrees to go. Little does he know things aren't going to go as planned.
