There's a 16 year old orphan who goes insane after she was locked in the isolation room. She then escapes by killing a staff and found herself at an abandoned warehouse. The police came and she got rescued by two people. They then fled to a cabin out in the middle of the woods where they kill people. The government heard about their killings but don't want them to go to jail. Instead the government turn them into assassinations and go out and assassinates people.
