Then there's the manner of dinosaurs who are appearing in John Hammond's new amusement park that are not biologically engineered by InGen. Can Cici and the Doctor solve all these concerns before an unnatural storm sweeps across the island?

Meanwhile, in 1996 Earth, a college professor has been targeted for assassination by a super-powered individual incapable of feeling pain or dying. And, on top of all this, Neas's father ("The Tinkerer") has been abducted for crude experimentation on a centuries-old Time Lord formula. How do all these plots connect?
