A series of brutal attacks on seemingly random occupants of the town prompt Larry and his friends to follow the clues that the police missed to eventually seek out and find the villain who is orchestrating the fiendish assaults.
As they explore the dark world of the unexplained and the supernatural, they begin to understand that the most abhorrent of monsters is threatening the safety of the entire town.
