I was drowning. I knew that. I also knew that the hands around my throat, pushing me deeper into the river water was the cause. What I didn't know was who was drowning me and why. It hurt thinking. It hurt to do anything right now. But I still screamed under the cold water and pushed the hands away as hard as I could. It didn't have much effect. I fought and fought, but I was getting weaker, and colder. The pain was overbearing. I couldn't breathe. It was the worst pain imaginable; and as the hands that were around my neck were forcibly ripped off by some unknown force, I slipped deeper into the depths of the river. My hair was straight above me along with my arms. My eyes were open and the water burned. A darkness started to pull me under, taking the pain away. I felt a small pressure around my waist, before the darkness completely consumed me. The last thing I remember is thinking, save me.

A collection of stories based of my dreams and nightmares. Recently I've been having vivid dreams and nightmares that seems recurring or just memorable. Either caused by my anxiety or troubles that I don't acknowledge. People always say that there's meaning behind dreams and I'm here to figure out what it means or just to share an interesting tale. Some people have wacky dreams but for some reason mine seems to be pretty creative and straight forward that's good enough to write a story for. That's what I use my dreams and nightmares for, inspiration. Hopefully you guys enjoy these short and easy to digest stories. When you are told something, you are given a choice; to believe somebody or not. Let me give you a situation, okay? So, you and your 9 year old brother are walking along the train tracks by your house. He sees something, like a monster. Okay, okay, I hear you already going "What the heck?" Just trust me, okay? He's scared out of his LIFE. "It's fine, bro," you'd say. Then he runs off. Grabbed his bag and left. "It can't be real..." you now say to yourself, "It can't be real..."

"Hello? Can anyone hear me?" Everything was pitch black. Suddenly, woken up from a nap the surroundings changed. It looks like... I'm in a classroom. TW: Mentions of blood, a little gore and deaths

I walked another two more steps and before I could take another step,someone grabbed me vigorously by the shoulders and placed a cloth on my nose and mouth. I tried struggling but I breathed in the chemicals. I felt my eyelids dropping. The vision around me blurred and I passed out. (undergoing major editing xD)

I used to be normal. I was a 17 year old girl, with one more year left of high school. And everything used to be fine. But then they showed up. That's when my life got turned upside down. Sometimes I have dreams, My memory of these dreams aren't always clear and the stories tend to be a bit jumpy, a lot of these happen because I ate ice cream before bed. NOTE all names and locations have been changed for safety purposes

I woke up confused. What just happened? Why am I on the floor? Where are we? My head hurts and my throat burns... What is going on?!!
