Izuku has quirks and he has been called a villain because of them being dangerous and supposedly a villains quirk. He has a childhood best friend who is also bullied. He never met katsuki but when he does it would be a coincidence.
Izuku has gotten many tattoos and piercings. His mother is an assassin and his dad is the number one villain All for One.
Shinso has a full helix and tongue piercing.
Bakugo is the same as in the anime but a bit less cocky.
Everyone else is the same.

...What makes them all heroes? What makes the villains actually villains? In the end, everyone commits violent actions, but the heroes are praised while the villains are suspected of the worst. The teens that bully people but have a goal to become a hero, the villains who wanted to be good and tried but were treated like vile beings, only leading them further down the wrong path. There is no good in the world, only black and white.. Midoriya Izuku has been a vigilante since a young age. After around 5 when he started loosing the emotions people would feel everyday he found that the only time he actually felt emotion was when he was in fights with his peers. When he found out he was quirkless, everything turned black and white for him. On the way back from the doctors office the Midoriya family got into a car reck. Both parents died and before the ambulances or paramedics came, Izuku ran. From that moment forward he trained himself physically and emotionally, he could take a bullet wound like a hit, he barely felt anything. By the time he was 14 he was the world's most well known vigilante but no one knew what he looked like, he was that good.
