Teddy Lupin is like his godfather, Harry Potter in one very unique respect; they were both orphaned as babies. Teddy lost his parents, Remus Lupin and Nymphadora Tonks almost straight after his birth during the Battle of Hogwarts. As he grew up raised by his grandmother, Andromeda and to an extent, his godfather, he learned all about his parents and was filled with despair and bitterness and blamed Harry for his parents' deaths.
However, life got better for the orphaned Hufflepuff as he gained a wife out of Victoire Weasley, bonding him to Harry's family properly and eventually he came to forgive Harry, but at the cost of his own conscience. Guilt has enveloped Teddy for years and no matter what he did to make it up to Harry, he never truly felt absolved, not even when Harry assured him on his deathbed. The guilt has laid with Teddy all his life, in spite of his happier and peaceful life.
But the day finally comes for Teddy to pass on to the afterlife. He awaits not just Harry and his forgiveness, but he is to be reunited with his long lost parents. But will he be happy?
