Forced into a life as a vampire, Indica (Indy) Freemon has set her dreams on escaping her coven in England to seek refuge into human society. A treason that goes against the laws of not only her coven, but the vampire race as a whole. In an attempt to escape her soon-to-be husband, and her coven, she's transported half way across the ocean into a life of temptation, desire and a world of intrigue deep in the shadows of Downtown New York.

Drayke Hunter is the leader and self proclaimed legend whom comes from a long line of famous vampire hunters. At just the young age of 21, he's earned his ink and his rank as #1 with a kill streak that's almost impossible to keep count.

On the dark streets of New York, the two collide in a maelstrom of chaos, and when he's finally met his match, his pride might not be the only thing he has to worry about. Especially when he sets sights on her blue-almost-violet eyes.

He calls her his "Sleepless Beauty"
