The details of Loki are a cross between the "Marvel" Loki and the true Norse myth of Loki. I held to the Marvel story that Loki is the son of Odin and is an Æsir/Jötnar but mostly using the original Norse myths and legends. In original mythology, Loki is a very emotionally imbalanced figure constantly repairing damage caused by his tricks. I am using the premise of what is alluded to in Marvel that Loki was a very flirtatious prince and the true Norse myth that Loki was quite a ladies man. You will not find an evil Loki who is bent on ruling humanity. You won't find him completely mushy but you will find him dedicated to those whom he cares about. There are romance and mature scenes in here. You have been warned.

A lot of words I use in this book are from either the Old Norse or the Modern Scandinavian languages. I will try to translate them at the bottom of each chapter.

Thank you for reading.

Nixon is the 3rd book in the Broken Series. (Ryan is the 1st, Brynn is the 2nd) Nixon leaves rehab early because he can't deal with being there anymore. His sister Kelis finds someone in need of a roommate so he moves in with the girl and gives her his middle name, Lucas. He quickly becomes addicted to the girl and once he gets one taste he's done for. He warns her about his past, about his name, but she ignores all the red flags, not realizing exactly how intertwined she is with the people from his past. He becomes enamored with her, feels like she was made for him while still battling the demons of his past and soon it all becomes too much for him to handle. He makes a heartbreaking decision, thinking it's what's best for both of them and everything changes.
