[EDIT] THE STORY IS UNDERGOING SOME REVISIONS SO THAT IT WON'T BE CRINGEY. I wrote this three years ago, so cut me some slack people. [EDIT 2] THE STORY HAS BEEN COMPLETELY REVISED. I edited a lot. Entire chapters are changed, the dilemma, the songs, the interactions, and even the deaths have all been made, in my mind, better. I really wanted to make this a thriller, but I also wanted mature elements in here, and I definitely didn't want you guys to read anything cringey. So, this is the final director's cut of my novel. I sincerely hope you enjoy and appreciate my revisions. Thanks so much. [EDIT 3] Okay I'm still not satisfied I need to keep updating the parts so sorry everyone lmao The inhabitants of Mazeboro, CA have never seen too much trouble, especially not a string of murders that begin to happen all over town. Newton and his friends are shocked and horrified as two of their friends are among the first to be murdered. And in the midst of this disorder, newcomer Thomas Greene brings a breath of fresh air to the students at Mazeboro High. He plays lacrosse, has a kind disposition, and is quite attractive. He catches Newt's attention, and the two form a strong friendship, despite the murders hitting closer and closer to home. Newt and Thomas, along with their friends, must band together and act as one. But, as less and less people remain, fingers are pointed and distrust ensues. Paranoia settles in. Newt must determine who is guilty and who is not, before every single person is dead. A classic Murder Mystery tale, with romance, drama, and plot twists.

'The night was alive with silence. I moved through it like a shadow, black leather gloves tight on my hands, boots soft against the grass. My gas mask hid my face, leaving only darkness where my eyes should be. The world narrowed to a single point: the house ahead. Tonight, it would belong to me. The farmhouse rose stark and white beneath the moonlight, silent except for the occasional grunt of a pig or the low hum of a cow. They were unaware. They were insignificant. I crouched behind the hedge, eyes scanning, senses alert. Every detail mattered: the flicker of light across the curtains, the faint rustle of movement inside, the way a shadow shifted across the floor. She was there. Oblivious. Popcorn in hand, murmuring to herself as the television flickered. Every motion was a note in tonight's symphony, and I was the conductor. I studied her, cataloging. Timing. Patterns. Fear. She didn't notice me yet, and that was perfect. Patience was everything. One sound, one misstep, and it could all unravel. I rang the doorbell once. Silence. Again. Still nothing. She flinched slightly, just enough to make my pulse quicken. Her small reaction was delicious. A sudden movement in the yard caught my eye-a neighbor's dog barking at some unseen intruder. Its voice was loud, startling, but contained. I froze. My breath slowed. Patience. Observation. The dog's curiosity would pass. I remained still, hidden in shadow, letting the moment stretch. The animal lost interest and padded away. Perfect. I moved to the back of the house, hammer in hand.' ...

"Dear Giles, I'm sure you already know what this note is going to say. Please, do find solace in this as it once again means your life is spared, but for many of this next set of guests, they will be scared. Not only for their lives but scared quite literally. I have enclosed some information on the back of this letter. Follow the rules and no harm will come to you or your staff." ~Delightfully yours, the Killer. Once again, Giles the butler finds himself stranded in a mysterious manor with an evil killer. The killer has invited eleven guests including themself to stay a few weeks at Dawson Cove in Devonshire, England. The rules are simple. Each week, one person will die and the other guests have to solve the crime of how they were murdered. They will then make their cases and the game will continue. Until there is only one winner and the killer. This may just be the sickest most vile killer yet and it could be any one of them. Might it be the the inquisitive therapist, the dog trainer, the CEO of a multi-million dollar company, or could it be the definition of a broadway star? Trust no one. Good luck.
