For so long I've ignored your stand in promoting friendship, it baffled me, because the word friend has taken a new meaning. In this day amd time, the word worth has taken the place of friend. This troubles me.
But yet, the academics of our society has even changed your true meaning, for once in our not so long ago history you were only used to show your grace. And now they use you to praise their favorite food.
Love, you are the journey I seek, the moment I want for within the life I breathe. Yet, I find you deeply in my essence, moving my thoughts and giving light to things that come my way.
My thirst has grown, my hunger has slip into emptiness, waiting for you to spout from another. To show your true meaning as you flow from one to the other.
