My Wifey

Kendrick Brown is an Alpha male in his prime. A young 23 year old black man with everything he could ever want. The women, the money, the house, the cars, the respect. You know name it, he most likely got it. He's not looking for anything permanent, preferring his one night stands and going out with his homies. "The fuck you mean I gotta marry some random ass female," I growled at my old man. Pops sat there, drinking some of his favorite dark liquor.

"Glad to see your hearing is still in tact," he said nonchalantly. I felt the bones in my knuckles pop as a warning.

"I'm not marrying some random bitch, old man," I hissed. Pops calmly put down his glass and walked right up to me. Chest to chest, eye to eye. Despite him being older, he still maintained a lot of his strength from his youth.

"Now you listen to me, Kendrick," he said, his voice low and sharp.

"You will marry this girl. I'm sick and tired of your reckless behavior, nearly getting your ass killed in the street because you wanna start a fight or bringing home whoever you like just because you want to get your dick wet. You will learn to like this girl, she's someone who your mother would've approved of." His voice steady until he brought up Ma.

"Fine. But let's make one thing clear. I'm doing this for Ma, not you." He grinned.

"That's perfectly fine."
