Charlee has struggles and was diagnosed with bipolar disorder when she was thirteen. She feels as if Kim let her down when she went inside. Charlee is keeping secrets from graham. She is sleeping with Joe behind Graham's back. He knows Kim told him to look after charlee and he knows that he can't let Kim down

Charlee is sleeping with joe as he gets involved with Debbie. Charlee starts to get jealous. Even though joe tells her it's nothing and it's a way to get back at charity.
