Un dangereux prisonnier s'évade miraculeusement de la très sécurisée prison d'Adjengré au Bénin et s'évapore dans la nature. Sa tête est mise à prix par la police cotonoise: 20 millions de francs pour celui qui capturerait vif "One Ampoule" ou le "Borgne". Mais le fugitif semble introuvable.
