Tara Andrews has a gift. Well, to her it's a curse. She can see and talk to the dead. Tara has made it her job to help the spirits that come to her for help, cross over. Anything to make them look less gross, really. To get out of her ghost infested town, She flies to Australia to spend the summer with her cousin Ashton and his friends. She can't wait to relax on the beach without being bothered by anyone. Alive OR dead. But her vision of peace is short lived, because when she gets to the airport in Sydney, she's not only greeted by her cousin Ashton, she's greeted by someone else. A dead someone else.
Luke is dead. And to him, it's all Ashton's fault.He can still feel everything that happened to him minutes before he died. Well, what he thinks happened that night, and he's determined to make Ashton pay. But first, he needs to get rid of Tara. The girl who can see him, touch him. The girl who just wants to help. Ashton is a Necromancer, well almost. A Necro is born when a witch 'gets it on' with a spirit of the dead, or when two Necromancer's have a child. This means that some of them are half witch, half spirit, though no one has the powers of witchcraft. All except for Ashton. He is an anomaly, and has to keep that side of himself hidden or else he will be shunned and hated by the whole Necromancer community for his abnormality. Luke Hemmings was my Addiction. He was someone I wasn't supposed to be falling for, or even be around for that matter. He was someone I wanted and needed. I was completely addicted to the blonde-haired, blue-eyed boy. • Currently under a re-write. I would recommend putting it into your libraries then waiting for the re-written chapters to come out. • Authors note: I love this story and hope to one day go back and edit/ even re-write it, and if you're down for a mess of emotions, please indulge yourself this roller coaster of story. Also this book was written over three years ago, and I can honestly say it is a mess. The plot is hard to follow and cliché. My grammar was lacking at the time, and the amount of typos is ridiculous.
